29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about October 31, 2019, the employer did not ensure an employee operating a Genie lift, Model S-65, Serial No. 572584, to load it onto a flatbed trailer wore a personal fall arrest system attached to the basket. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
