29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: 83 Burlington St, Woburn, MA On about October 17, 2018, employees were exposed to being struck in the head by tools and building materials while erecting pre-fabricated building panels and employees working above without head protection.
