29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: a. 355 Davidson Mill Rd., Jamesburg, NJ - A3 Module The employer did not ensure that guardrails on walking working surfaces were 42 inches +/- 3 inches. Employees engaged in warehousing activities retrieved products and merchandise from pallets at or near the edge of a work platform where the employer installed a chain as a guardrail.
