29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): The employer did not compile information pertaining to the equipment in the process: a) Loading Rack, 436 Doremus Avenue, Newark, NJ Employees monitor and operate a covered process which includes 272,000 lbs. of pentane, a flammable liquefied petroleum gas.
