29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a. On or about October 1, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees utilized the lockout/tagout procedures for the control of hazardous energy when performing service and maintenance tasks on forging presses AMP 11, AMP 16, and AMP 17, thereby exposing employees to machine hazards.
