29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated when necessary to reflect new or modified tasks and procedures which affect occupational exposure and to reflect new or revised employee positions with occupational exposure: On or about August 28, 2018, employees were exposed to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) when cleaning dialysis facilities. The employer failed to review and update their exposure control plan annually. The plan was last revised on March 31, 2015.
