29 CFR 1910.36(g)(3): The width of an exit route was not sufficient to accommodate the maximum permitted occupant load of each floor served by the exit route. a) Church campus of Joan of Arc Catholic Parish at 100 Willow Bend Road, in Marlton, NJ, 08053- Temporary Labor Camp: Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards when they accessed their rooms and wash facilities and the temporary stairs projected into the exit route effectively reducing the width to zero, observed on or about 8/21/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
