29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training were not met, and which also includes the following: (i) A list of hazardous chemicals (ii) The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks (a) Wood Wise Hardwood Floor Company, 2555 Willow Creek Drive, Boulder, CO 80303: On and before August 17, 2018 the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training were not met. Employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, lacquer thinner and construction adhesives, when working with hardwood. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
