29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 29 CFR 1926.59. Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): The employer is failing to create and maintain a written hazard communication program to ensure employees are protected from the hazards associated with chemical usage. This most recent occurrence of this took place at the facility located at 72227 578 Ave, Plymouth, NE 68424. The employer is exposing employees to various chemicals such as spray paints, cleaners, oils, transmission fluid, brake fluid, grease, windshield washer fluid, adhesives, and anti-freeze but has not created a written hazard communication program.
