29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(i): Lift controls shall be tested each day prior to use to determine that such controls are in safe working condition. a) On or about August 11, 2018 while operating the aerial lift, 35 feet in the air lifts controls were not tested to determine its functions in that when the controls were used the controls did not allow the lift to move. b) On or about August 12, 2018 while operating the aerial lift, 35 feet in the air lifts controls were not tested to determine its functions in that when the controls were used the controls did not allow the lift to move.
