29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations was not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location. This violation occurred on July 18, 2018, a bonding clamp with uninsulated wire contacts was connected to the frame of a vacuum trailer within three feet of a vent line, which constituted a Class I, Division 2 location exposing employees to fire/explosion hazards.
