29 CFR 1910.265(d)(2)(i)(b): Log unloading areas were not arranged and maintained to provide a safe working area: a) Receiving yard, 156 Industrial Boulevard, Everett, PA 15537: On or about May 17, 2018, employees working in the receiving yard were exposed to struck-by hazards created the unregulated movement of vehicles and the lack of safe zones were employees could access and exit their vehicles.
