29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: On or about 6/5/2018, at 2601 NE 26th Avenue, in the city of Lighthouse Point, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while installing wire on the soffit of a residential home from a sawhorse scaffold that had one plank being used to access the work area.
