29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(ii): Where mobile test vans were used to meet the audiometric testing obligation, the employer did not obtain a valid baseline audiogram within 1 year of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level: (a) On or about June 12, 2018, at the employer's property at 1000 Pelton Dr., Oak Creek, WI, 53154, the employer did not obtain a valid baseline audiogram within 1 year of the employees first exposure to occupational noise at or above the action level of 85 decibels, A-weighted, for an employee that started work on October 17, 2016. (b) On or about June 12, 2018, at the employer's property at 1000 Pelton Dr., Oak Creek, WI, 53154, the employer did not obtain a valid baseline audiogram within 1 year of the employees first exposure to occupational noise at or above the action level of 85 decibels, A-weighted, for an employee that started work on June 6, 2017.
