29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(iii)(B): When work is performed 15 feet (4.6m) or more from the roof edge, the employer must implement and enforce a work rule prohibiting employees from going within 15 feet (4.6 m) of the roof edge without using fall protection in accordance with paragraphs (b)(13)(i) and (b)(13)(ii). (a) On or about April 20, 2018 at the 113 N. Western Ave., Waupaca jobsite, employees working on Bryant (Model: 580 FJV6060115 AB, S/N: 0903G50230) were not instructed to maintain at least 15 feet from the roof edge while performing work.
