29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(vii): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of the general requirements of 29 CFR 1910.134: (a) On or about April 25, 2018 and at times prior thereto cable shop employees using half-faced respirators could not demonstrate knowledge of the general requirements of the respiratory standard including medical evaluations, fit testing, proper storage and using tight fitting respirators with facial hair, exposing employees to respiratory hazards including airborne lead.
