29 CFR 1910.244(a)(1)(i): The operator did not ensure that the jack used had a rating sufficient to lift and sustain the load: On or about March 10, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer allowed the use of scissors jacks rated for cars weighing 1000 kilograms to lift trucks weighing approximately 2000 kilograms in the workplace. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
