29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i): The employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this standard, did not perform monitoring to determine if employees may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: a) Reptile house attic and habitat area - On or about 02/23/2018 - 03/24/2018, employees used power saws and jack-hammers to perform manual demolition of structures including benches, louvers, and rock features with lead content which ranged between 0.0091%-26.182% by weight and between 33.28ug/10cm2 - 2189ug/10cm2 surface concentration. The employer did not perform an initial exposure assessment in order to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead above the action level. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
