29 CFR 1910.107(b)(8): Each spray booth was not separated from other operations by not less than 3 feet, or by a greater distance, or by a partition or wall as to reduce the danger from juxtaposition of hazardous operations: (a) Powder Coating Operation - The two Powder Coating Rooms were located immediately adjacent to natural gas oven with the oven door serving as the back wall of the room, on or about April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
