29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) Job Site - An assessment was not conducted to determine the need to wear personal floatation devices where employees were working on or near the water while detailing boats, on or about 04/04/2018. b) Job Site - An assessment was not conducted to determine the need to wear safety glasses while using a corrosive cleaning product while detailing boats, on or about 04/04/2018. Accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records
