29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about April 3, 2018, the employer did not ensure procedures were utilized for the safe application and usage of hazardous energy controls when employees conducted service and maintenance activities, such as installing the drop station guard and clearing product jams inside the drop station area of the Coney Pack Line 4 Drake Loader Machine. Employees conducting service and maintenance activities were exposed to the electrically and pneumatically powered rotating and moving machine parts.
