29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) All places of employment, passage ways, storage rooms, service rooms and walking working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition: a) Fabrication Department: Explosive wood dust was located on the work tables and equipment used in the fabrication of materials such as, but not limited to, trim and decorative pieces and doors and also on the overhead piping for the dust collection system, on or about 4/3/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
