29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, is not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) The employer, West Side Fabrication, LLC, does not ensure that all circuit breakers are marked to indicate their purpose. On or about March 6, 2018 and at times prior, employees of West Side Fabrication, LLC were exposed to electrical hazards in that two circuit breaker panels in the main shop did not have all of the circuits marked at the overcurrent devices to indicate their purpose. West Side Fabrication, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1261379, Citation Number 1, Item Number 4b, and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2018, with respect to the same breaker panels and the same workplace located at 2120 Naegele Road, Colorado Springs, CO.
