29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or about March 21, 2018, the employer failed to ensure employees working on the plasma cutter were protected from crushing injuries by ensuring lockout tagout procedures were developed. b. On or about April 5, 2018, the employer failed to ensure employees working on the powder coating wash rack were protected against being struck by water at approximately 2500 psi by ensuring lockout tagout procedures were developed.
