29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A) Alex Products, Inc., located at 8110 Gasser Road, Paulding, OH 45879: On or about March 6, 2018, the employer did not ensure that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures for the equipment such as, but not limited to, the wire draw machine located at the Draw Line # 2 were conducted at least annually to ensure that the lockout/tagout procedures and requirements were followed. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.
