29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 9 - On or about 11/30/2017, employees were working in a 5th floor pilot house in which debris and scrap lumber were not kept cleared, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
