29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions were not immediately repaired or properly guarded before an employee used the walking-working surface: a) On or about January 3, 2018, the employer did not inspect the walking working surface on the 9 inch line after making changes to the electrical panel. The employer did not cover the 14 inch wide, 13.5 inch deep hole exposing employees to a trip, slip, or fall hazard. b) On or about January 3, 2018, the employer did not inspect the walking working surface on the 9 inch line after installing the new press. The employer did not cover the 3.5 inch wide, 13.5 inch deep hole in front of the saw operation station exposing employees to a trip, slip, or fall hazard.
