29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a) Granite cutting area: On or about December 28, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that a written respiratory protection program was not provided to employees who are required to wear a Moldex N-95 dust mask. b) Granite Cutting area: On or about January 3, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to silica hazards, in that a written respiratory program was not provided for a fabricator that was exposed to silica levels of 0.902 milligrams per cubic meter with a permissible exposure limit of 0.361 milligrams per cubic meter. c) Granite cutting area: On or about January 3, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to silica hazards, in that a written respiratory protection program was not provided for a fabricator that was exposed to silica levels of 1.09 milligrams per cubic meter with a permissible exposure limit of 0.427 milligrams per cubic meter.
