29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a) On or about December 1, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 23 feet when climbing portable ladders while carrying materials and equipment to a roof deck landing surface. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
