29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period: 900 Jeffco Executive Drive, Imperial: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees are permitted to work in the shooting range where personal exposure levels are greater than the permissible exposure limit of 50 micrograms of airborne lead per cubic meter of air. On 11/07//2017 an employee who was the "trainer" was exposed to airborne lead at twice the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms of airborne lead per cubic meter of air as determined by personal air sampling conducted by OSHA. The exposure level obtained was 110 micrograms of air borne lead per cubic meter of air calculated on 8-hour time weighted average basis. Sampling was conducted for 306 minutes.
