29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Practices addressed in this standard. Employees shall be trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments. A maintenance tech employee was inadequately trained on safety-related work practices in that the appropriate personal protective equipment was not selected and worn when exposed to contact with live electrical circuits/parts up to 460 Volts AC on the Trane Heat Pump located in the false ceiling of the Scheduling Office, 2nd Floor at the Waller Building, #1735, on September 21, 2017.
