29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. 40 Walcott St, Worcester, MA On September 15, 2017 and at times prior, the employer's energy control procedures did not specify the locations of energy sources and isolation devices to be used. Additionally, the Water Line Washer machine used steam as a thermal energy, but the procedure only identified electrical and pneumatic energy sources.
