29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(10): Class IV asbestos jobs were not conducted by employees trained pursuant to the asbestos awareness training program set out in 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9) and in conformity with the requirements set out in 29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1): On or about September 7, 2017, employees of Aloha Construction, Inc. were exposed to asbestos while cleaning up dust, waste, and debris (Class IV asbestos work) that resulted from removal of asbestos-containing roofing material and the employer did not ensure employees were trained in asbestos awareness and that the work was conducted with the engineering controls and work practices specified in the methods of compliance set out in 29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1).
