29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder: (a) On or about 08/15/2017 - 2807 Overton Road, Birmingham, AL, the aluminum extension ladder used by employees to access the roof was not secured exposing employees to falls of approximately 23 feet to the ground below.
