29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Residential structure located at 27229 Boat Basin Road (Orange Beach, AL); On or about August 28, 2017 and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards when working from a job made scaffold approximately 26 feet above the ground without first being trained to recognize the hazards associated with working from the type of scaffold.
