29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At 1500 Ardagh Group Drive, Pevely, MO 63070, specifically inside of the Maintenance Department, the rotating parts belonging to the following machines were unguarded: a/ Bridgeport Milling Machine, m/n 65068, s/n J-68423. b/ Wilton Horizontal Band Saw, m/n 7020, s/n 0305142. At 1500 Ardagh Group Drive, Pevely, MO 63070, specifically inside of the Tool & Die Department, the rotating parts belonging to the following machines were unguarded: a/ JET Drilling Machine, m/n J-2221VS, s/n 12040771.
