29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about August 9, 2017, located in the shop where employees were exposed to amputation hazards when using an Altendorf WA6 (Mach No. 12-10-80-001) table saw to cut panels without an automatically adjusting guard.
