29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. 190 Strykers Road, Philipsburg, NJ - Decorating Department The employer did not ensure procedures developed for hazardous energy control were utilized by employees. Employees engaged in the maintenance and servicing of equipment which included, but was not limited to S-02, OMSO, NOVAX M UV, Serial # 130141194, did not utilize LOTO procedures on the equipment when performing repairs. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2017
