29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not maintained free and unobstructed so that no materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: On or about June 29, 2017, Employees working in and around the freezer area were exposed to fire, smoke inhalation, slips, trips and falls hazards in the event of an emergency because the door were obstructed with conveyors lines.
