29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: For the employees operating the powder coater in the powder coat room on or about June 27, 2017 and times prior there to, the employer did not provide a medical exam to employees required to wear a tight fitting respirator when exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to carbon black and N-Methylpyrrolidone when working in the powder coat room.
