29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer does not have a comprehensive hazard communication program for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals: (a) The employer, Radi's Custom Woodworks, is failing to ensure that each affected employee utilizing chemicals in the workplace, including but not limited to, SHER-WOOD Fast Dry Vinyl Sealer, Hi-Bild Lacquer, and paints, are provided information identifying labels and other forms of warning, and training about hazardous chemicals utilized in the workplace. The following is a recently observed specific example of the employer failing to comply with the cited standard: 1. On or about June 21, 2017, employees of Radi's Custom Woodworks, were observed spraying SHER-WOOD Fast Dry Vinyl Sealer, Hi-Bild Lacquer, and paints onto wood products. A hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented.
