29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized, other safety related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: a) Jobsite: Steward Place, 2nd Floor, Room 280 - An employee servicing a Water-To-Air Heat Pump did not use safety related work practices while working on or near energized parts. While servicing the unit, the employee contacted energized live parts and was electrocuted as a result. Noted on or about 5/28/17.
