29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Open flame(s) or spark producing equipment, not separated by a partition, were located within 20 feet of spraying area(s): a) On or about May 25, 2017, located in the spray area adjacent to Spray Booth #2 where equipment such as, but not limited to, lights, electrical boxes and a microwave were within 20 feet of a spraying area exposing an employee to fire hazards. b) On or about May 25, 2017, located in Spray Booth #4 where a lighting fixture with a missing bulb was within 20 feet of a spraying area exposing an employee to fire hazards.
