29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 132 North Elm St, Westfield, MA On or about February 2017, three employees, who were replacing a pneumatic actuator on an adhesive laminator machine adjacent to electrically energized components, did not lockout the electrical energy source as was required in the energy control procedure.
