29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 04/26/2017 - Yardage department, operators did not utilize established lockout / tagout procedures while engaged in servicing and/or maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, wrapping roller and changing fingers on Tufting machines that are equipped with electrical and pneumatic sources of energy.
