29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employee(s) were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits that were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical hazards while engaged in residential roofing activities. This was most recently documented on or about May 2, 2017 at the jobsite located at 1203 Ridge Circle, Tonganoxie, Kansas. Employees were working near 240 volt energized electrical power lines, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards while performing residential re-roofing activities.
