29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a. On or about April 20, 2017 at the above addressed jobsite, on the 11th and 12th floors, employees and subcontractor employees performing construction operations were exposed to falls of approximately one hundred twenty (120) feet and one hundred ten (110) feet created by the top rails on the guard rails being at the wrong height and incomplete to protect employees from fall hazards.
