29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid. On or about 15 April 2017, and at times prior thereto, seven employees were performing construction work at a remote ranch site in which a first-aid trained person was not readily available, exposing the workers to the hazard of delayed immediate life support services being administered.
