29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) On or about March 7, 2017, LGSTX maintenance employees performed work on the sort conveyor, which is powered by a 480 volts. The employees had not been trained to verify the lockout by checking stored or incoming electrical. The employees were not trained on the proper electrical PPE or other procedures to protect them from electrical hazards.
