29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structual stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process. a) Troyer Growers, Inc., / 817 PA 97, Waterford, PA: On or about February 28, 2017 the employer did not ensure the steel structure being erected was not secure, stable and supported during the erection process. The employer did not use bracing and the bolts holding the steel columns to the concrete footers were removed. The unsupported structure collapsed.
